    Really great blog Rakesh. These are really great tips. I would like to add one more point.
    Engage with your visitors. Talk to them , ask question , and tell about good points of your project. I am using Revechat software to engage with my customers. I talk to my visitors, whenever they need, I help them. It is the best practice to increase time. Show them other stffs related to their interest, share blog URLs. sometime I do videochat with my customers.

  • Interesting article Rakesh. I don’t find that any website’s chat now feature is manned by someone who works directly for the company. The person never has the information I need and they just pass me off or tell me someone will follow up.

    I also don’t agree that even a single pop-up is acceptable practice. They are distracting and kill the user’s experience. I hope they go out of style soon!

    To get insight into what users like and hate about your website- use tools like google surveys, feedbackerr.com or usertesting. You really need to talk directly to users.
